These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fakhama Wholesale website (the “Site”), operated by Fakhama Al Zain Goods Wholesellers (“Fakhama”, “we”, “us”), a licensed wholesale trading company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Adults & trade buyers only

This Site presents tobacco, shisha and vaping products intended exclusively for licensed trade buyers. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the Site. By entering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you are accessing the Site in a business capacity — as a retailer, distributor, duty-free operator or other trade buyer. We do not market or sell products to consumers.

Business-to-business only — no online sales

The Site is a product showcase and enquiry channel. It is not an online shop: nothing on the Site constitutes an offer for sale to the public, and no orders are formed through the Site. All commercial transactions are concluded separately under written agreements, subject to verification of your trade credentials, applicable licences and the laws of the destination market. Wholesale pricing is shared privately on request and is confidential.

Compliance with local law

It is your responsibility to ensure that importing, distributing or reselling any product referenced on this Site is lawful in your market, and that you hold every licence, registration and permit required. Product ranges, variants, imagery and specifications shown on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Packaging shown may differ by destination market (including health-warning formats and language). Availability is confirmed only in writing at the time of quotation. Intellectual property

The Fakhama name, logo and the Site’s design and content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party brand names, trademarks and pack designs shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify genuine products we distribute. No licence to use any mark is granted by viewing the Site.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site if you are under 18 or not a trade buyer.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish Site content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
