We arrange import clearance through our own logistics company, Global Gates Logistic, together with local clearing agents — so you do not need to appoint your own broker. Duty, VAT and any excise are billed to you separately; the freight rate is not your landed cost.

What the service covers
We move vape and e-cigarette stock out of China into the United Kingdom and Europe on a door-to-door basis. You buy from your Chinese manufacturer or trading company; we collect, consolidate and deliver to your address in the destination market, so you deal with one party for the whole movement rather than separately with a freight agent, a customs broker and a final-mile courier.
This is a shipping and forwarding service. It is separate from our Dubai wholesale catalogue, where goods ship from our own stock in the UAE — on this route the goods are yours, bought from your own supplier, and we move them.

What we need to quote you
Rates depend on the shipment, so a quote needs the specifics. Send us:
- What the goods are — disposables, pods, devices, e-liquid, coils or a mix, and whether they contain nicotine.
- Volume — units or cartons, plus gross weight and cubic metres if your supplier has given them.
- Collection point in China — the supplier’s city or warehouse address. We collect from any city in China, including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Ningbo and Shanghai.
- Destination — country and postcode, and whether delivery is to a warehouse, a business address or a third-party fulfilment site.
- Timing — when the goods are ready and any deadline you are working to.
With those we come back with the freight rate, the transit time, and an indication of the duty and taxes you should budget for on arrival.
Compliance is the importer’s side of the deal
Vaping products are among the most tightly regulated goods you can bring into the United Kingdom or the European Union, and the obligations sit with the importer rather than with the supplier abroad or with the carrier. Depending on your market and product that can include product notification or registration before the goods may legally be sold, packaging and labelling requirements, and import duty and excise.
We move the freight; we do not act as your regulatory adviser and we do not advise on rates or thresholds. Common questions
Do you ship nicotine-containing products?
Tell us exactly what is in the shipment when you enquire, including nicotine strength, and we will confirm what we can carry on your route. Nicotine content changes how a shipment is handled and what the destination market requires of you as the importer.
How long does a shipment take?
We move shipments by sea, air or road, and the right mode depends on the origin city, the destination and how quickly you need the stock. Because of that, transit time is confirmed with your quote rather than published as a figure that would not apply to your shipment.
Who clears the goods through customs?
We do. Import clearance is arranged through our own logistics arm and local clearing agents, so you do not need to appoint your own broker. Duty, VAT and any excise are billed to you separately from the freight rate — so the rate we quote is not your landed cost. We tell you what to expect before you commit.
Can you handle repeat shipments?
Yes. If you are moving regular volume on the same lane, tell us the expected frequency and we will quote on that basis.
Do you also supply the stock?
Separately, yes — but from Dubai, not China. Our wholesale portfolio covers cigarettes, shisha molasses, rolling tobacco, nicotine pouches and vape lines shipped factory-direct from the UAE. The China service on this page is freight only.
