• Quote & contact enquiries — when you submit our quote form or email us we receive the details you provide: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, destination market, products of interest and your message.
• WhatsApp contact — if you contact us via WhatsApp, we see your profile name and number; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that conversation.
• Age confirmation — the Site stores a flag in your browser (localStorage) recording that you confirmed you are 18+, so you are not asked on every visit. This stays on your device.
• Cookies & analytics — essential cookies keep the Site working; any optional analytics or preference cookies are controlled through the cookie banner, where you can accept, reject or customise them at any time.

How we use it

We use enquiry data for one purpose: to respond to you and conduct wholesale business you have requested — preparing quotations, verifying trade credentials, arranging shipments and maintaining our commercial relationship.
